SERVICE POLICIES
COMMITMENT
- Your satisfaction is our top priority.
- Please inform us of your health concerns or allergies prior to your service.
- We are happy to guarantee our services for 10 days.
- Should your service require adjustment (gel polish chipping, broken nail extension, etc), please contact us for a complimentary refinement.
- This guarantee does not cover a change of mind regarding color or nail art design once the service is completed.
PAYMENT
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Cash.
- A 2% credit card fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.
- All services are final, refund WILL NOT be issued once service has been rendered.
APPOINTMENTS
- In order for Glamicure to commit to your satisfaction, we recommend booking in advance to reserve your preferred time, though walk-ins are always welcome as availability allows.
- Appointments will be held for 10 minutes past the scheduled time.
- Later than 10 minutes will be considered as walk-in, and we will offer the next available spot.
- If you’re not feeling well, running late, or simply want to reschedule, a quick call is always much appreciated.

GROUP BOOKING POLICY
(For parties of 3 or more)
Deposit Requirement
- For group appointments of 3 or more people, a deposit is required at the time of booking:
- $35 per pedicure service
- $30 per hand service
- This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of services on the day of your appointment.
- Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
Group Cancellation Policy
- More than 5 Days Notice: Full refund for cancellations or significant reductions in services.
- More than 48 Hours Notice (but within 5 days): Deposit will be held as a salon credit for future group booking.
- Less than 24 Hours Notice or No-Show: Deposit will be forfeited.
Additional Information for Groups
- Final Confirmation: Glamicure will contact you 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm final headcount and services.
- Late Arrivals: Please ensure your entire group arrives on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or inability to accommodate all scheduled services.
- Service Adjustments: Any changes requested on the day of appointment are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
